PAID Montenegro: Successful second application for EuroHPC HPC resources

PAID Montenegro has achieved success in the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking Development Call, marking a significant milestone in its efforts to strengthen its capacities in high-performance computing (HPC).

The initiative successfully completed the first round of the development call, demonstrating strong technical potential and relevance to the EuroHPC objectives. Following this achievement, PAID Montenegro submitted a second application, which was once again approved. As a result, the team has secured access to one of Europe’s most powerful supercomputing infrastructures — LUMI, the pan-European pre-exascale supercomputer. PAID Montenegro was granted 4,000 node hours on LUMI-C (CPU partition) and 4,500 node hours on LUMI-G (GPU partition), providing substantial computational power for advanced simulations, data processing, and AI research.
